A note about withdrawal
Alcohol and benzodiazepine withdrawal can be medically dangerous. If you're experiencing severe symptoms — shaking, sweating, confusion, or seizures — please call 911 or go to an emergency room. This is not something to manage alone. Steady can be there for the emotional side of recovery, but it cannot replace medical care for physical withdrawal.
